Melissa took the time to really understand what was important to us when looking for our new home. We never felt rushed when looking at homes, some of them more than once. She was also very understanding of our schedule when scheduling showings of our home we were trying to sell as we had a 1 year old at the time. Let's just say the buyers of the home we were selling were a little frustrating to work with and Melissa's negotiation skills with them was key to making sure the sale went through.
