Why EXIT?

Many people ask Why EXIT? First lets talk about my WHY.  In 2003 I joined the world of Real Estate and have never looked back.  

I first joined a different firm to start my career in Real Estate but soon it would be very evident that I was just a number and truly they were not invested in helping me become successful.  A couple years later I was very lucky to meet this amazing woman who shared some information on a newer company in Minnesota named EXIT.  She explained that this company is different, she said this is a Real Estate company with a heart!  We met with a broker and it was love at first meeting, it all made so much sense. 

I could not think of a better job than helping people with one of the biggest decisions in their life. Whether it is selling or buying a home it is a very emotional process and it is key to have someone to be by your side, your advocate, and to have someone you trust help you through the whole process.  Now I get to do it with a company that fully supports me and my business and trains me to be the very best in this industry.
