How crazy has these past few weeks been! For the past weeks we have seen a bit of a slow down in our market due to the COVID-19 but I feel thankful that the market is staying strong.

These next two charts are the market watch for the past 3 months for New Listings & Pending Sales.  There is a dip in market activity but for all we are going through with this COVID 19 our market is still doing well. 

Governor Walz has extended the Stay at Home order until May 4th, 2020. At this time real estate is still an essential business so with great precaution we will try to keep this market as strong as can be.

Rates are still amazing so if this isn't the right time to Sell or Buy maybe consider Refinancing your current mortgage. Depending on what rate you are at now it might make sense to do this. I have great referrals for you if this is something you are interested in.
