COVID -19 still proves to be a danger to our communities and I hope that you all are safe and healthy.
Looking at our real estate this market this week we have seen an uphill trend. These next two chart show this week 4-22 and the week after Easter 4-15, we are also seeing an uptrend on showings too (see the chart below). All information taken from the Minneapolis association of Realtors.

How crazy has these past few weeks been! For the past weeks we have seen a bit of a slow down in our market due to the COVID-19 but I feel thankful that the market is staying strong.
