Last Week I sent out a market watch update. I feel that as the days go by we need to realize that the real estate market is still moving and people are still selling & buying.

The next two charts are for the full week. The top chart is from this last week compared to last week. From the charts below you can see that there are still many people putting their houses on the market and still have about the same amount of homes that went pending.
