Today's market can be a little challenging but also has so much to offer to Sellers & Buyers. As you can see below in the chart below that there is not a lot of homes on the market compared to last year at this time. This is really great for Sellers. For buyers Interest Rates are still under 5% which gives buyers a lot of buying power.
In The Second Chart You can see that the Median Sales Price is going up but with today's rates these homes are still affordable. There are still quite a few homes that are under the Median home price for sale in the Greater Twin Cities under $250,000. You can also search here for ALL Homes For Sale in The Greater Twin Cities.
