What can we tell about TRENDS?? In today’s market there is some uncertainty. Some say we are in a recession and some say No, not really! Some of the best economists don't even agree completely on it, but when it comes to our real estate market most are certain our housing market is stable and not crashing like some doom and gloomers want you to think, and I happen to agree.

What we do know and can watch is real data straight from the source, our Northstar mls system. This is where all of our data is inputted and stored. All the information below is right from our MLS system.

The information below is from 2019 to today, this is pre Covid to July, 2022. In 2019 we had record numbers, and beyond our expectation also through Covid 2020 & 2021. Why? Supply & Demand!

We are seeing in some areas a small change in days on market and some price decreasing, but nothing alarming. We also have some areas in our market that are still in high number of multiple offers and prices increasing.
