✔ Dust/clean interior light fixtures.

✔ Empty refrigerator drain pan & clean condensation coils.

✔ Inspect & clean dryer exhaust vent.

✔ Clean dishwasher filter. Check dishwasher & drain line for leaks.

✔ Touch up interior paint that’s scuffed, stained or chipping.

✔ Dust surfaces untouched by regular cleaning - including behind furniture, appliances & book cases.

✔ Test smoke/carbon monoxide detectors.
