We need inventory!

 Closed Sales Down - But Are They Really?

 Do you ever pay attention where the information or data comes from? Who gives the media the information?

One of the last news stories that was out claimed that sales were way down, this information was given from the New Construction world. Not everyone knows that New Construction is way different that previously owned homes and it has it's own market.  This was a national news story, Minnesota was not even part of this story but it was on our local news, WHY, WHY always the doom and gloom.

As you can see from the chart above we are at a record low of inventory for previously owned homes and with such low inventory we really aren't down if you compare 2017 inventory and closed sales to 2018 inventory and closed sales.
